Make a Direct Donation

You can make a donation to the SPD Foundation by check, Visa, or MasterCard, or through PayPal using the "Donate Now" button below.

• By Mail: Please print the Donation Form, complete and send it along with your credit card information or check to The SPD Foundation, 5655 S. Yosemite, Suite 305, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

• By Fax: SPD Foundation also accepts your faxed donation made by credit card. Please complete the Donation Form and fax to 303-322-5550.

• By Phone: You may also call the SPD Foundation office at 303-794-1182 to make a credit card donation. (Please do not send us credit card information by email.)

• Online: Please use our secure online donation process which allows you to donate via your PayPal Account OR if you don't have a PayPal account you can process your donation on your credit card - MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover. Credit card transactions will be processed through PayPal but do not require a PayPal account.
  

The KID Foundation is a 501(c)3 Colorado public charity. Contributions are tax-deductible.
