Donate Your Used Goods

Don’t send that old television or dresser to the dump! Turn it into a donation to the KID Foundation by giving it to a Family Thrift Center.

Revenues from the Family Thrift Centers provide significant support for KID Foundation activities, such as:

  • KID Foundation research support
  • Scholarships for treatment for children with SPD
  • The salary of an administrative secretary 

Two Family Thrift Centers are located in the Denver area: 

  • 6655 Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada, CO, 80004 (303-940-6655)
  • 3777 Kipling Blvd., Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033 (303-424-2753)
The centers welcome donations of clothes, furniture, small working appliances, toys, and most anything else. You can drop off your used items at one of the centers listed above, or call 303-455-8788 for a free pick-up. (Pick up is limited to specific areas in metro Denver.)

We also appreciate donation drives organized by parent-teacher organizations, Boy/Girl Scouts, Kiwanis, and other community organizations. For more information on donation drives, please call the KID Foundation office at 303-794-1182.
